    What an amazing getaway for the day, from the relaxing drive to get there, a quiet picnic on their lakefront dock, warm welcome from Shauna and thoughtful gift upon leaving. I felt nourished, spoiled, and grounded when I left. I was allowed to bring my small dog, who is normally anxious, but he cuddled with me the entire 2-hour session.     First of all Shauna and her Mother are amazing people. They are totally committed to helping people achieve health , wellness and spiritual awareness. Our experience was beyond our expectations. We have been to another centre but this one by far was a better experience. Although I am grateful because it cured me of my anxiety and panic attacks I have suffered from for years. The venue is cozy and intimate. Perfect for a small group. The location of the centre is in the beautiful countryside of rural Quebec We highly recommend this beautiful healing experience.
